“You did a 3 room loft conversion for me in Heaton Mersey about 10 years ago. Unfortunately we had a fire caused by a carelessly positioned candle that set fire to a bed and gutted one of the rooms but luckily the fire service came out within 5 minutes. The fire service commented on the quality of the room, the integrated fire alarm, the fire resistant doors and the smoke barriers in the door frames. I also noticed that when I checked out the electrics that there was no damage to the wiring due to the fire insulation you used in the ceiling and walls. Apart from 2 broken windows there is no structural damage and all I need to do is clean out and decorate.
